Waterspin supports its clients with membrane bioreactor (MBR) plant management services, ensuring constant, precise, and timely presence.
The services provided, both remotely and on-site at the treatment plant, can be divided into several steps, including: remote supervision of the plant to monitor the correct functionality of various operational parameters (flow rates, pressures, recirculation, methodology and effectiveness of washings, etc.) and site inspections to review the pre-treatment processes all the way to the final discharge point.
The support service is therefore divided into phases of verification and analysis of the microbiological parameters of the biological section to assess treatment efficiency and correct adjustments to incoming loads, considering the aeration methodology. It also includes analysis of the operational trends of the filtration section.
This analysis monitors historical flow data in relation to transmembrane pressures and corresponding permeability, while conducting filtration tests on the sludge to optimize chemical washings and ensure their proper execution based on the specific type of contaminating agent. The goal is to optimize and, if possible, reduce the consumption of chemicals.
Historical trend analysis is based on actual operational data processed with calculation software developed by Waterspin. This allows for the review of specific work periods and, through targeted statistical processing, the identification of any operational issues.
