This program has been developed through years of experience in supporting the installation of membranes for MBR and UF applications. In fact, many of our deliveries include the software that controls the operation of our products integrated within the treatment plant.
Each plant our clients build is designed, constructed, and managed in a highly customized way, so our control software must also be adaptable to these needs. Starting from acquiring a detailed flow diagram containing all the technical information about the electromechanical and instrumentation components present in the plant, we create an initial version of the program in-house. This version is then tested, adapted, and optimized on-site by our technicians.
The software is an essential tool for our clients, not only for the online control of the filtration section’s operation but also for monitoring and analyzing historical trends of key performance indicators such as transmembrane pressures, flow rates, and the frequency and duration of cleaning cycles. In just a few steps, it is possible to extract and cross-reference all relevant data for any selected time period.
