Waterspin recently completed the replacement of MBR ultrafiltration devices of an industrial wastewater treatment plant of an automotive company with new ZeeWeed membranes from SUEZ Water Technology & Solutions.
Our technicians, together with the staff made available by our customer, removed the old obsolete devices and lowered new ultrafiltration cassettes into the existing tanks for MBR applications with the “LEAP aeration” technology. Despite the tight spaces and very restricted maneuvering areas, we successfully completed the installation operations and the subsequent modification and reconnection of the air and permeate piping. Finally, our technical assistance service also carried out the adaptation of the existing control software program to the operational specifications of the new Suez membranes in a very short time.
