One of our important clients, specialized in the construction of treatment plants, recently completed the commissioning of a filtration section with ZeeWeed500D membranes. This allowed the conversion of a conventional activated sludge plant at a textile printing facility into an MBR plant capable of treating up to 1,500 m³/day of industrial wastewater.
The ultrafiltration section is configured with 3 trains operating in parallel, housed in prefabricated stainless steel tanks perfectly integrated into the existing plant structures. A large portion of the produced permeate, after further treatment with RO membranes, is reused in the printing facility’s production processes.
